ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Winter weather has made roads dangerous over the last two weeks with multiple accidents on the toll road and I-94, and police said on Tuesday drivers should slow down, avoid cruise control, and prepare by carrying extra gas, food, and warm supplies (as crashes continue to delay traffic). WSBT

- ➤ South Bend Community Schools revealed a fiscal update showing a turnaround from unstable finances to stability with $5 million a year saved after ending outsourcing and a $26 million cash boost. The district now pays among the highest teacher salaries and will spend nearly $18,000 per student in 2026. WSBT
