  • South Bend Venues Parks and Arts will host its first fashion art exhibit, Feeling Blue, at the Raclin Murphy Encore Center. The exhibit by Brittney Richey, running through February, opens Friday, Feb. 6 (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) at the Equity in the Arts Gallery.  ABC 57
