Today, Lafayette Boulevard is closed between Monroe and South Streets for sewer and water connection work at Stadium Flats.

A detour along Main Street is in place and work will finish April 2 weather permitting.

Starting today, East 3rd Street is closed from Union Street to Pine Street for utility and road improvements, so drivers must use the Pine and 3rd intersection.

The project is expected to finish mid-July and a follow-up phase will close the road from Pine to Cedar Street.
