  • South Bend hosts a busy week with events from a historic river story documentary at the St. Joseph County Public Library today to concerts, film screenings, theater performances, and community workshops across the region until April 19.   • South Bend begins Colfax Avenue projects this week with the Colfax and Niles intersection closing today for utility work—drivers must take the detour along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Eddy Street via LaSalle Avenue; later, parts will close this month and into September for streetscape and repaving work.  WSBT
