- ➤ Radio station Sabor Latino moved from the Mary Crest Building to its new space inside PBS Michiana (WNIT station) in South Bend on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with a ribbon cutting ceremony marking the relocation. South Bend Tribune

- ➤ South Bend Fire is nearly finished installing a new alert system — the HAAS safety alert system — that alerts drivers through infotainment centers and warns fire trucks when close to each other to reduce collisions.
