  • South Bend residents can join a cleanup on Saturday, May 9 from 9 a.m. to noon led by Southeast Organized Area Residents, as Councilmember Sharon McBride urged participation. Volunteers will meet at Broadway Christian Parish (1412 Carroll St) and get lunch at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church at 11:30 a.m.  South Bend Tribune
