- ➤ The 42nd annual Studebaker Drivers Club Swap Meet and Car Show is underway at the St. Joseph County Fairgrounds and will continue today from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Car enthusiasts can view hundreds of classic vehicles and vendors selling parts+memorabilia in a celebration of South Bend's rich auto history. - ➤ Downtown South Bend is hosting First Friday’s Kids’ Night Out today with a block party that features face painters, a balloon artist, a Studebaker Car Show, a DTSB Youth Talent Show, and a kids’ fun zone that closes South Michigan to traffic. - ➤ South Bend will host the FIRST Tech Challenge Michiana Premier Event at Century Center from June 19th to 22nd, where 1,600 participants from 22 states and six countries will compete in robot rounds, judging, and social events. GEARS said teams will begin setting up Thursday with an opening ceremony featuring custom flags and national anthems—offering locals a chance to see international teams in action. South Bend Tribune

- ➤ Smog from Canadian wildfires covered Michiana on Friday as light fronts stalled weather systems and trapped smoke in the air.
