- ➤ Crews are cleaning up debris on the Indiana Toll Road in St. Joseph County after an overturned semi rolled into the median early Wednesday near the Capitol Avenue exit - the driver was unhurt, a female passenger had minor injuries, and a towing company is removing the 45,000-pound graphite truck as police urge caution on westbound lanes.
