- ➤ Food Bank of Northern Indiana has set drive-thru food distribution events for October to feed families across several counties including a site at the former South Bend Kroger parking lot in St. Joseph County where 150 households will receive pre-boxed or pre-bagged food on a first come first served basis. - ➤ Applications are open for the 26th annual JWAS Scholarship for children between two and a half and five years old until Oct. 30—selected recipients will be notified in December and the program provides tuition support from preschool through higher education. ABC 57
