  • DOJO Creative has opened its new ad agency office in Mishawaka on Main Street where the Genes Camera store once stood—after four years of renovation with support from the city, co-owner Doug Elder said the team now plans to work with local and national clients while aiming to triple its size in the future.  WSBT

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • South Bend city leaders installed solar panels at the Wastewater Treatment Plant on November 20 to support the city’s clean-energy plan. The panels are expected to produce about 500 megawatts of electricity each year and cut long-term power costs by roughly $3 million — a step toward reaching net zero energy.  WSBT

SPORTS NEWS

  • The South Bend Cubs are partnering with the Food Bank of Northern Indiana and the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program to offer game tickets when fans donate four non-perishable food items or new, unopened toys at the Cubs Den Team Store until Dec. 15—helping neighbors in need this holiday season. Donors will receive vouchers that convert into field box tickets for 2026 games on April 14, April 15, or April 28—providing a chance to spread extra holiday cheer.  South Bend Tribune
  • Notre Dame coach Marcus Freeman said quarterback Kenny Minchey's future remains unclear as he sits behind redshirt freshman CJ Carr and is told to focus on current play. The team will add depth next spring with freshman scout-team quarterback Blake Hebert joined by Lake Mary recruit Noah Grubbs.  South Bend Tribune
  • Notre Dame football faces a 42-day field goal drought as the team prepares for Saturday's Senior Day against Syracuse, with special teams coach Marty Biagi noting that holder Tyler Buchner and snapper Joseph Vinci have performed consistently.
