- ➤ On Friday, November 22, the Rotary Club of South Bend loaded boxes of Thanksgiving meals into cars at the Century Center in downtown South Bend—providing two boxes per family to support 150 local families this holiday season. WSBT

- ➤ Notre Dame football coach Marcus Freeman said that Jaden Greathouse will be held out for the regular season unless needed in an emergency (to protect his redshirt year) and he joined pregame warmups ahead of the Syracuse game. - ➤ Notre Dame football tied its school record by scoring 35 points in the first quarter against Syracuse on Saturday with three non-offensive touchdowns that came from two interception returns and one punt return before the offense took a snap. South Bend Tribune
- ➤ Notre Dame basketball coach Micah Shrewsberry said yesterday that his team improved on defense and is ready to test its skills at the Players Era Festival in Las Vegas—he expects the series against three strong teams to help prepare the Irish for tougher play later in the season.
