  • Police worked with local bar staff to watch for drunk drivers and slippery roads on Blackout Wednesday—when heavy drinking before Thanksgiving raised risks—and urged anyone who drank to use a designated driver or rideshare to get home safely.  WSBT

HEALTH NEWS

  • Boar's Head deli products sold at Kroger stores in Indiana were recalled for possible listeria contamination after the Ambriola Company identified issues with pecorino Romano cheese items. Customers are urged to dispose of recalled products immediately—only those items with specific UPC identifiers are affected, and other Boar's Head products are not included.  South Bend Tribune
